Women’s Empowerment Center

YWCA NCW’s Women’s Empowerment Center seeks to empower and equip all people to chart their own course toward personal, professional development and economic self-sufficiency. Programs are designed to help people of all ethnicity build self-confidence, develop job/life skills, and gain relevant work experience in a positive, nurturing environment that fosters personal and professional growth.

YWCA supports women’s empowerment and economic advancement, with a particular focus on the reality the way race impacts women’s economic opportunities. We serve all people in our region with enrichment classes and programs, such as civic engagement, entrepreneurship coaching, financial literacy, salary negotiation, self-care, wellness, and leadership development. For a class schedule or to register for a class, email info@ywcancw.org or call 509-662-3531.
